“I have known Rushabh Investments for a little more than two years. My first contact was with their broker Dipen Mehta through the phone and e-mails. I lived out of state but was moving to Illinois. I met him about 6 months later. He helped me purchase a house and helped me to sell it later. Again, I used Rushabh Investments to help me buy my actual home. During the period of time I got to know Dipen, I experienced him as very responsive, punctual, and most importantly he kept neutral position with respect to my decision making during the real estate transaction processes. In fact often he leaned toward protecting my interests and never tried to influence my decision or make things look more optimistic than they were. He usually gave advice only when he was confident about what he is saying. Another plus that Dipen has is his good portfolio of useful connections (real estate Contractors, inspectors, Attorney, …).
